The device shown, as the name says, is used to count time. It is a timer that is started and stopped manually, which counts minutes, hours and days. It is known that many people waste an awful lot of time watching TV programs "how it goes"
or playing games that are not always useful on your computer.
The presented time counter can help you figure out how much time is lost irretrievably during the week or month for classes that give absolutely no benefit. The counter can get some TV and computer games fans to change their habits. It can also be used for other purposes, eg to measure time not shorter than 1 second.
The counter counts seconds, minutes, hours, days (seconds are not written to the EEPROM), the maximum time counted by the counter is 99 days 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds.
Programmed layout.

This gearmotor is a powerful 12V brushed DC motor with a 30:1 metal gearbox and an integrated quadrature encoder that provides a resolution of 64 counts per revolution of the motor shaft, which corresponds to 1920 counts per revolution of the gearbox’s output shaft. These units have a 0.61"-long, 6 mm-diameter D-shaped output shaft. This gearmotor is also available without an encoder.
