Starter kit with STM32MP157C application microprocessor (combination of a typical processor with Cortex-A7 core and microcontroller with Cortex-M4 core). The system allows users to create applications using the STM32 MPU OpenSTLinux Distribution software for the main processor and the STM32CubeMP1 software for the coprocessor. STMicroelectronics STM32MP157C-DK2
STM32MP157C-DK2 is a starter kit with an application microprocessor from the STM32MP series from STMicroelectronic. The STM32MP157C system is a combination of a typical processor with a core Cortex-A7 and a microcontroller with a core Cortex-M4. The combination of these two cores allows users to create applications using the STM32 MPU OpenSTLinux Distribution software for the main processor and the STM32CubeMP1 software for the coprocessor. The chip is also equipped with a GPU graphics coprocessor (compatible with OpenGL ES 2.0).
The STM32MP1 microprocessor has integrated interfaces for external DRAMs. Thanks to the built-in hardware interfaces it can also directly use the memory of Flash eMMC constants, NAND Flash (serial or parallel), NOR Flash (serial), and SD cards. The kit also has a built-in Ethernet 1 Gb / s and USB interface. The system is powered by a specialized PMIC power supply system that integrates a 6-channel LDO stabilizer, a 3-channel DC / DC converter and a DC / DC converter.
The set is additionally equipped with a TFT 4 "480 × 800 display with a touch panel, WiFi module and Bluetooth 4.1 LE.
