Description
The AD-982 is an automatic pneumatic dispenser designed for precise and efficient application of solder paste, flux, adhesives, and similar materials onto PCBs. The device offers programmable dispensing intervals ranging from 0.01 to 30 seconds and adjustable output pressure between 0.1 and 5.5 bar, allowing for highly accurate material application. With analog potentiometer control and both continuous and momentary operating modes, the dispenser ensures repeatability tolerance of ±0.5%. It requires connection to an external compressor (2.5–7 bar) and operates with a power supply of AC 220–240V, featuring an internal voltage of 24V.
