Description

Stepper motor driver with MP6500 system. It can be used to build a 3D printer or CNC milling machine based on stepper motors. The used MP6500 system allows you to work in the following modes: full step, 1/2 step, 1/4 step and 1/8 step. The mode is selected by changing the states of the MS1 and MS2 pins. The controller works in the voltage range from 4.5 to 35 V with a current of 1.5 A per phase. The module allows you to control the current limit through the built-in potentiometer (possibility of increasing the current limit to 2.5 A). It has a number of safeguards to protect the system against damage. It has pins compatible with modules based on the A4988 system, so it can be used as a replacement. It can work in systems with 3.3 V and 5 V logic.
