Description
Fiberlogy FiberFlex 30D S2 Navy Blue 1.75mm 0.85kg filament is designed for FFF/FDM printing of parts requiring high flexibility and resistance to repeated deformation. Its Shore 30D hardness allows rubber-like components to be produced for applications such as protective covers, dampers, grips, seals and parts exposed to bending, compression or stretching.
The material provides 870% elongation at break according to ASTM D638. Tensile strength at break is 22MPa, while tensile stress at 5% and 10% strain is 1MPa and 2MPa respectively. Material density is 1.07g/cm³, while melting temperature is approximately 174°C.
The recommended printing temperature is 200–220°C, with a bed temperature of 50–70°C. Filament diameter is 1.75mm with a tolerance of ±0.05mm and an average roundness variation of ±0.03mm.
Due to its high flexibility, the material works best with filament feeding systems that provide stable guidance. FiberFlex 30D is suitable for projects requiring parts that can deform while maintaining resistance to stretching and repeated bending.
