The XIAO RA4M1 is a compact development board designed for demanding applications such as wearable electronics, robotics, and educational projects. Equipped with the Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller, based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core running at 48 MHz, it offers exceptional performance in a small form factor. With 256 KB Flash memory, 32 KB SRAM, and a rich set of interfaces, the XIAO RA4M1 enables the development of advanced projects.
The module features 19 GPIO, including 8 IO pins on the back panel, which enhances its capabilities compared to previous versions in the XIAO family. Integrated features such as a 14-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, CAN BUS, USB 2.0, and built-in RGB LEDs make it ideal for complex applications. Additionally, advanced security functions such as hardware AES128/256 encryption ensure data and application protection. The device boasts low power consumption — only 45 μA in deep sleep mode, and the integrated lithium battery charging management module provides efficiency and convenience. With the classic XIAO form factor of 21 x 17.8 mm and an SMD-compatible design, the XIAO RA4M1 is perfect for space-constrained projects and ready for mass production.
