Description

FPGA development board with Kintex 7 FPGA chip. It is specially designed to develop and integrate FPGA based functions with other projects. It includes the Xilinx XC7K70T FPGA chip with FTDI's FT2232H dual-channel USB converter. The high-speed USB 2.0 interface ensures easy configuration download to the built-in SPI flash memory (no programmer or special cable needed). The second FTDI channel can be used to build custom USB based applications. Skoll gives the user the flexibility to add their own peripherals via the IO expansion connectors. The set will be used for prototyping, signal processing as well as creating and testing circuits. It can be used as an educational board. Full documentation is available on the product page.

  • High-speed USB 2.0 interface for programming the built-in flash memory. Channel A of FT2232H is dedicated to SPI Flash / JTAG programming. Channel B can be used for custom applications.
