Description
Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGA module in CSG324 housing. The module is equipped with 512 MB DDR memory and 128 MB SPI flash for FPGA configuration. A large number of IO and other signals, including JTAG, are available on the low-profile, high-pin connectors (DF40C-90DP) on the back of the module. It can work with dedicated base plates. It will be used in projects as a ready module to be plugged into another board with application-specific peripheral systems. Full documentation is available on the product page.

- DDR RAM: 166 MHz 512 Mb LPDDR
- Flash memory: 128MB SPI flash memory (N25Q128A13ESE40E)
- Two 90-pin 0.4mm Hirose board-to-board connectors (DF40C-90DP)
- 100 MHz CMOS oscillator
- All differential pairs are matched in length on the module
- Maximum 134 I/O for user-defined purposes XC6SLX9 - 118 I/O XC6SLX16 - 134 I/O XC6SLX25 - 134 I/O XC6SLX45 - 134 I/O
- Voltage stabilizers
- JTAG and SPI signals available on the configuration connector
