Description
Voltage linear regulator from the LDL112 series, designed for energy-efficient power applications, providing a fixed 1.8 V output voltage with a maximum load current of up to 1.2 A. Its low dropout voltage (typ. 300 mV, max. 600 mV) and low quiescent current (35 μA) make it well-suited for battery-powered systems and devices requiring high power efficiency. The DFN-6 package allows for surface mounting and integration in miniaturized designs. The device offers high output voltage stability along with overload and thermal protection.
