Description

LDO linear regulator from the LDL112 series, providing a fixed 1 V output voltage with a current capability of up to 1.2 A. Designed for modern digital circuits and low-voltage embedded systems, it ensures stable power delivery even with minimal difference between input and output voltage. The regulator features a low dropout voltage (350 mV typical, 600 mV max) and good noise filtering (typical PSRR of 57 dB). It is intended for surface mounting in a compact DFN‑6 package and supports an operating temperature range from –40 °C to +125 °C.
