Description

LED strip with addressable RGB WS2813 diodes placed on a flexible black PCB strip. It is powered by 5 V, has 60 LEDs/m and requires up to 18 W/m to work at full capacity. The tape offers an IP30 protection level which means it is not waterproof. It is dedicated mainly to installations inside buildings, not exposed to contact with water.

The type of WS2813 used is addressed LEDs with a built-in driver, which means that each LED can be controlled individually. They have a convenient control interface that requires only one data line, thanks to which we are able to control a large number of elements without taking up many microcontroller outputs.

WS2813 diodes support the system of resuming operation after a line interruption - in the event of failure of one diode, the other diodes will continue to glow. This system works until there are two faulty diodes next to each other.

The strip has been designed so that it can be cut and combined with other installations. Each LED can be cut off and connected to a different lighting element, maintaining its structure and full functionality.

The LED strip is equipped with a tape that allows for easy installation on flat surfaces. It will be used in lighting installations, as a decorative element in the living room, kitchen or workshop.
