The Kitronik 5644 is a programmable gamepad-style controller designed specifically for the BBC micro:bit. It enables the creation of interactive games and remote control of devices via the micro:bit’s radio communication. The controller features six large, conveniently placed buttons that allow intuitive control during games and interactive projects. Additionally, it includes a built-in buzzer for generating simple sound effects, which can enhance the application's experience. An important component is the vibration motor, providing haptic feedback—allowing the user to feel the device’s response, such as during a collision in a game or when a button is pressed.
Power is supplied by two AA batteries (3V), making the controller fully mobile without the need for an external power source. The device also supports wireless communication through the micro:bit's radio feature, making it ideal as a wireless remote or robot controller.
