Description

The Waveshare DSI-Cable-12cm Type B is designed for MIPI-DSI interface connections between displays and base boards or single-board computers, particularly the Raspberry Pi series. The flexible FPC construction allows the cable to be routed in confined spaces and adapted to the connector layout on both the board and the display.

The Type B version is equipped with 15PIN and 22PIN connectors and features factory-formed bends in the FPC ribbon, making installation easier in enclosures and assemblies that require changes in cable direction. The 12cm length provides a balance between installation flexibility and signal stability, which is important for high-speed MIPI-DSI data transmission.

The cable is used in graphical interfaces, control panels, and embedded systems where a direct DSI display connection to the main board is required without additional adapters.
