Description
Two-component silicone filler for filling or filling gaps in heat-generating electronic components with metal housings or heat sinks. It has excellent fluidity in dispensing and pouring, and cures at room temperature. After curing, it does not detach due to cyclic heating, and the cured product is dry to the touch.
