Description
Bambu Lab ASA filament in gray color is designed for printing components that require high resistance to environmental factors. ASA material offers very good resistance to UV radiation, oxidation and aging, which allows production of parts intended for long-term outdoor use. The material can be used to manufacture items such as plant labels, enclosure parts, outdoor equipment components and mounting accessories.
ASA combines high mechanical strength and impact resistance with good dimensional stability during printing. The material maintains its shape at temperatures up to approximately 100°C, which allows it to be used for components exposed to elevated temperatures or strong sunlight.
The filament is intended for 3D printers supporting ASA material and 1.75 mm filament diameter. For stable printing results it is recommended to use printers with an enclosed build chamber and a heated build plate, which helps reduce warping during printing of larger models.
