Description

Prusament ASA Prusa Orange 800g NFC is intended for 3D printing of parts requiring high resistance to outdoor conditions, UV radiation, and elevated temperatures. The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research in a controlled production process that includes continuous diameter measurement, color uniformity control, and mechanical property testing. Each spool features an individual QR code providing access to real production parameters of the specific batch.

ASA material is characterized by good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, and increased resistance to weathering compared to ABS. The filament is suitable for outdoor applications such as enclosures, mounting components, and functional parts exposed to long-term sunlight.

The spool is equipped with an NFC tag compliant with the OpenPrintTag standard, enabling automatic filament recognition in compatible Prusa 3D printers, which simplifies material setup and print process management.
