Description
The ART.AGT-326 developer, intended for precise developing of photoresists and positive boards, is characterized by a mild and safe formula, free of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). It provides sharp contours and uniform action necessary in lithography, microlithography, and PCB production processes. Thanks to chemical stability and high thermal resistance, the product ensures effective and repeatable results even under demanding conditions. Solubility in water and high pH value enable quick preparation of a ready-to-use solution.
