Description

A converter that provides easy communication between RS232 and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces. The device can operate as a TCP server, TCP client, in UDP mode or as an HTTPD client and is configured via a web page or AT commands. The converter has built-in reverse polarity protection and ESD protection. The manufacturer provides a PC application to operate the converter via a virtual COM port. The module will find use in industrial applications such as as part of a transportation or traffic signal management system.
