Pololu 5653 is a JST PH and SH 3-pin connector adapter with side-entry and top-entry outputs, enabling convenient integration with devices based on a 2.54 mm pitch. Designed for projects requiring three channels of signal or power transmission.
The Pololu 5653 module serves as an adapter for a JST PH 3-pin connector (side-entry, 2.00 mm pitch) and a JST SH 3-pin connector (top-entry, 1.00 mm pitch) to a standard 2.54 mm through-hole layout. The connectors are wired in parallel, allowing the board to be used as a PH-to-SH adapter or as a universal breakout for signal and power wires.
The PH connector supports up to 2 A, while the SH connector supports up to 1 A, enabling integration with a wide range of electronic components – from servos to sensors. The low-profile side-entry PH connector allows routing wires along the plane of the PCB, making assembly easier in space-constrained devices.
