KA-S71200-IO-Simulator is a complete set simulating the environment of a typical PLC from the Siemens S7-1200 family. Using this set, it is possible to verify the operation of a program written for a PLC by providing:

Attention!
The set is designed to work with controllers of the Siemens S7-1200 family with a maximum number of 8/2 digital / analog inputs and a maximum of 6 digital outputs (in DC/DC/REL and DC/DC/DC versions). Operation of the set has been verified with the following controllers: CPU1211C DC/DC/DC (available in the promotional offer: 6ES7211-1AE40-0XB0 and promotional for education: 6ES7211-1AE40-0XB0) and CPU1212C (6ES7212-1AE40-0XB0).
If you want to use the set with another model of the controller from the Siemens S7-1200 family, you should verify the compatibility of the set with it.

We provide a simple test program prepared in the TIA Portal 15.1 environment in versions for CPU1211C and CPU1212C controllers. The program allows you to test all the peripheral elements of the set, the role of test selectors is played by switches DI.4 and DI.5 according to the table below. A detailed description of the tests is available in the documentation.
