Nano Motor Carrier is an extension module designed for the Arduino Nano 33 IoT, which has been designed to facilitate the control of motors. It allows you to control the motion of four DC motors, but can also be used to connect servos and sensors using 3-pin male connectors. Among the functionality of the board, the user will also find a 9-axis IMU sensor (accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer) and a charger for single-cell lithium-ion batteries. The module also allows you to connect two quadrature encoders. When working with motors, an external power source is needed to power the controllers and motors. This can be done by connecting a 1-cell Lithium Ion battery to the battery connector or by using an external power source. The manufacturer provides the Arduino Motor Carrier library available from the library manager, which greatly facilitates the start of programming and motor control.
