Arduino Nano 33 IoT is a module with a SAMD21G18A microcontroller with a Cortex M0+ core equipped with 256 kB flash memory, 32 kB RAM and allows clock speeds up to 48 MHz. The board has a embedded WiFi and Bluetooth module (U-Blox NINA W102 ESP32) and a 6-axis IMU LSM6DS3 chip, combining a 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope. The module has two 15-pin connectors equipped with GPIO, SPI, I2C, PWM, USART, DAC and ADC. The board also has an ATECC608A cryptographic chip, making it ideal for use in the IoT area in combination with the WiFi/BT module. Module with soldered headers.
Power supply from the 5 V board is possible after connecting the jumper at the bottom of the board and connecting the USB cable. The Arduino Nano 33 IoT also has a 6-pin debug connector (available as test pads). Unlike other Arduino tiles, Arduino Nano 33 IoT has an internal pull-up of the I2C line to the supply line.
