The 0.3 mm brass nozzle is designed for the Nextruder system used in the new generation of Prusa 3D printers. The construction integrates the nozzle and the heat break into a single component, providing a fully metal filament path along the entire extrusion route. This design eliminates the use of PTFE tubes in the filament feed zone, improving reliability and stability during operation at elevated temperatures.
The 0.3 mm orifice diameter enables precise printing of detailed models and parts requiring good surface quality. The nozzle is intended for use with 1.75 mm filament and is suitable for printing common materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and similar non-filled filaments. The integrated design allows for quick nozzle replacement and reduces hotend maintenance time.
