The E3D Prusa High Flow ObXidian 0.6mm nozzle is designed for Original Prusa printers equipped with the Nextruder system. The fully metal filament path ensures continuous material guidance without PTFE tubing, improving reliability and simplifying nozzle replacement.
The High Flow internal geometry increases the contact surface between the filament and the nozzle, enhancing heat transfer and enabling higher volumetric flow rates compared to a standard brass nozzle. This allows faster printing while maintaining stable extrusion performance.
The tool steel core combined with the E3DLC™ coating provides high abrasion resistance and anti-adhesive properties, reducing plastic buildup on the nozzle surface. The nozzle is suitable for printing abrasive and filled filaments, including carbon fiber and metal-filled materials.
