Description

The device consists of seven NPN Darlington transistors in a discrete array configuration, designed for driving inductive and resistive loads. It enables independent switching of devices such as motors, relays, LEDs, or valves. Supports supply voltages up to 50 V collector–emitter with a maximum current of 500 mA per channel. The TSSOP‑16 package allows integration in SMT applications, providing compact connections and good thermal performance. An operating temperature range from –20 °C to +70 °C makes it suitable for automation, robotics, and consumer electronics.
