PiSquare is a board based on the RP2040 microcontroller and the ESP-12E WiFi module. The RP2040 chip has two ARM Cortex M0 + cores operating at a frequency of 133 MHz and 264 KB of RAM. The microcontroller is not equipped with flash memory, but on the board there is an external memory with a capacity of 2 MB connected via the QSPI interface.
In addition to the RP2040 chip and Flash memory, the user has a 3.3 V voltage regulator, Boot and reset buttons, LED diode, USB type C connector for power supply and module programming, and GPIO outputs in the form of a 40-pin RPi connector. The board has an OLED 0.91" display and an ESP-12E module that adds WiFi communication to the set.
