Description
The FNIRSI CTG-20 is a precision coating thickness gauge designed for quick and non-destructive measurement of coating thickness on metal surfaces. The device allows measurement of non-magnetic layers (such as paint, lacquer) on both magnetic substrates (steel, iron) and non-magnetic ones (e.g., aluminum). Thanks to its built-in measurement probe and the use of electromagnetic induction and eddy current technology, the CTG-20 provides accurate and fast measurements.
The gauge automatically detects the substrate type and measures the coating thickness with high precision. It supports zero and multi-point calibration, allowing adaptation to various measuring conditions. Its compact size and lightweight design make it convenient for daily use, even in hard-to-reach areas. Equipped with a rotatable screen, putty test support, and an auto power-off function, the CTG-20 is an excellent tool for the automotive industry, chemical processing, manufacturing, and other sectors where protective coating evaluation is essential. The built-in 600mAh lithium battery supports USB charging and ensures long-lasting performance in the field.
