Filament Fiberlogy PETG+PTFE with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 0.75 kg contains 10% PTFE, which improves its sliding properties and wear resistance. Intended for printing mechanical parts requiring low friction and durability in engineering and industrial environments.
The technical filament Fiberlogy PETG+PTFE combines the properties of PET-G with a 10% addition of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), improving its tribological characteristics. It is intended for printing elements requiring a low coefficient of friction, increased wear resistance, and mechanical stability. Thanks to the combination of PET-G with PTFE, the material provides very good layer adhesion, low shrinkage tendency, and high dimensional stability, enabling precise printing of even complex technical components.
It works well for creating mechanical parts such as guides, gears with low and moderate load, or sliding elements that require a combination of durability and reliability. The material maintains the chemical resistance and impact strength typical of PET-G, additionally offering thermal resistance up to 70°C. Printing does not require a closed chamber, and the recommended bed temperature is 90°C.
