Description

Prusament PETG Prusa Orange is intended for 3D printing parts that require high mechanical strength, good temperature resistance, and durability in everyday use. The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research in a tightly controlled production process that includes continuous diameter measurement, color uniformity control, and mechanical property testing. Each spool features an individual QR code that provides access to real production parameters for the specific batch.

PETG material is characterized by low shrinkage and good interlayer adhesion, which reduces the risk of warping even when printing larger parts without an enclosed printer. The filament is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, including parts exposed to moisture. Compared to PLA, it offers higher mechanical strength and flexibility, at the cost of slightly reduced fine detail reproduction.
