Description

Fiberlogy Easy PETG Blue 1.75mm 1.00kg filament is intended for FFF/FDM printing of functional parts, housings, prototypes and components requiring higher mechanical and thermal resistance than typical PLA. The Blue variant provides a blue finish while retaining the characteristic properties of the Easy PETG series.

The material provides a tensile strength at yield of 51MPa and a tensile modulus of 2800MPa. Elongation at break reaches 29%, while flexural strength is 70MPa. These properties allow parts to deform more than typical PLA prints while maintaining good mechanical strength.

The recommended printing temperature is 220–250°C, with a bed temperature of 90°C. Filament diameter is 1.75mm with a tolerance of ±0.02mm and an average roundness variation of ±0.01mm.

Heat deflection temperature is 68°C at 0.45MPa and 62°C at 1.8MPa. Vicat softening temperature reaches 78°C, while glass transition temperature is 80°C. Easy PETG can be used for housings, brackets, mechanical parts and other components requiring higher thermal resistance than standard PLA.

Material density is 1.29g/cm³. The Blue variant is suitable for functional, technical and decorative prints where a distinct blue finish is required.
