Description
Fiberlogy Easy PETG Orange 1.75mm 1.00kg filament is intended for FFF/FDM printing of functional parts, housings, prototypes and components requiring higher mechanical and thermal resistance than typical PLA. The Orange variant provides an intense orange color while retaining the characteristic properties of Easy PETG.
The material provides a tensile strength at yield of 51MPa and a tensile modulus of 2800MPa. Elongation at break reaches 29%, while flexural strength is 70MPa. These properties allow parts to deform more than typical PLA prints while maintaining good mechanical strength.
The recommended printing temperature is 220–250°C, with a bed temperature of 90°C. Filament diameter is 1.75mm with a tolerance of ±0.02mm and an average roundness variation of ±0.01mm.
Heat deflection temperature is 68°C at 0.45MPa and 62°C at 1.8MPa. Vicat softening temperature reaches 78°C, while glass transition temperature is 80°C. Easy PETG can be used for housings, brackets, mechanical parts and other components requiring higher thermal resistance than standard PLA.
Material density is 1.29g/cm³. The Orange variant is suitable for projects where high visibility and a strong color accent are required.
