Prusament PETG Tungsten 75% 1kg NFC is designed for 3D printing parts requiring very high material density and shielding properties. The filament contains 75% tungsten powder, making it suitable for manufacturing components used for X-ray and gamma radiation shielding as well as other parts requiring increased mass.

The material is based on PETG, providing good layer adhesion and a stable printing process. The addition of tungsten powder significantly increases the density of the material, which results in a shorter filament length per spool compared to standard PETG filaments of the same weight.
The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research in a controlled production process including continuous diameter monitoring and quality control. The spool is equipped with an NFC tag compliant with the OpenPrintTag standard, enabling automatic filament recognition in compatible Prusa 3D printers.
