Description

Fiberlogy Easy PLA Purple 1.75mm 1.00kg filament is intended for FFF/FDM printing of functional parts, decorative models, prototypes and components requiring straightforward processing and good surface quality. Easy PLA uses a conventional PLA base, making it suitable for both hobby projects and everyday printing of parts with moderate mechanical requirements.

The material provides a tensile strength at break of 53MPa and a tensile modulus of 3500MPa. Flexural strength is 81MPa, while flexural modulus is 3800MPa. Material density is 1.24g/cm³.

The recommended printing temperature is 200–230°C, with a bed temperature of 50–70°C. Filament diameter is 1.75mm with a tolerance of ±0.02mm and an average roundness variation of ±0.01mm.

Heat deflection temperature at 0.45MPa is 55°C, glass transition temperature is 55–60°C, and melting temperature is in the 145–160°C range. The filament can be used for models, housings, decorative parts and prototypes that are not exposed to prolonged elevated temperatures.
