Description
The Quick 861DW ESD hot air station is designed for assembling and disassembling SMD components such as SOIC, QFP, BGA, and CHIP packages. Thanks to its wide airflow adjustment range (1–120 L/min) and high power of 1000W, it is suitable for both precise repair tasks and demanding production applications.
The station features a closed-loop temperature control system with zero-voltage switching, ensuring stable and accurate temperature regulation regardless of airflow. A brushless vortex fan provides consistent airflow and long service life.
It offers three programmable working channels (CH1, CH2, CH3) that allow users to store temperature and airflow settings for quick access. The automatic sleep function is activated when the handle is placed on the holder (magnetic sensor), while the built-in cooling system protects the heating element and extends its lifespan. Additionally, the device can be used for applications such as heat shrinking, drying, paint removal, and preheating.
