Kit - a module that allows you to independently perform an aluminum welder - the connection process takes place in an inert gas (argon). The system is a controller controlling the operation of the device. Coolant and gas flow are monitored, as well as the welding process itself (inverter).

The device is especially recommended for all involved in the processing and joining of aluminum components

Selected parameters:

  • maximum welding currents; AC / DC 400A
  • idling voltage of the transformer and welding rectifier - 70V
  • elimination of the constant current component of the welding - by hand, with a potentiometer
  • meter for reading the component value of the constant welding current
  • protective gas - argon
  • delay of gas outflow - 6-15 s
  • control of cooling liquid flow
  • power supply - 230/380 Vac
  • printed circuit board and documentation included
