The in-house construction of receivers for various bands enjoys unflagging interest of electronics - shortwave radio players. The presented receiver can be an excellent tool before building a more complex receiving device. By tuning the layout to the popular 2m / FM band, you can listen to radio communication, listen to OT PZK messages and learn about the activities of amateur FM repeaters. It is also possible to take part in fox hunting.
The receiver is a classic superheterodyne with a single frequency conversion. It uses two popular integrated circuits, which makes it easier to start and align the device. Assembly work completes the preparation of the appropriate antenna; depending on the intended use.
