A system that simulates the operation of a police "cock". The effective, rotating light was easily obtained - they are imitated by sequentially switched LED diodes. The system emits strong flashes of light and can be an attractive diversification of many social events. Cyclists can also use it - "rooster" will significantly increase their safety at dusk and at night.
The device is especially recommended for lovers of light effects and visiting discos
