Robotics is an extremely attractive field of technology. For many electronic engineers, the mechanical and motor aspects of robots are a serious problem.
We offer the MOS Voager project - a robot that uses ready-made mechanical components from toys as a carrier. They are two bridges - one, drive, equipped with a differential and a second steering mechanism, which allows changing the robot's movement path.
The ESP430 microcontroller is responsible for the supervision of all components of the device. The robot is equipped with a wireless Bluetooth connection and a camera. The control takes place from a small, portable laptop. In addition, on the deck, there are spotlights illuminating the road. An important element of the software is the digitizer - responsible for the processing and transmission of the video signal.
The device is particularly recommended to electronics practitioners, novice robotics and fans of this field of technology
