ZL8ARM (dipARM_2106P) - DIP module with LPC2106 microcontroller and IAP programmer
ZL8ARM modules (dipARM_2106P) have been developed for the electronics who want to experiment with ARM7TDMI-S microcontrollers. The dipARM_2106P module can be used alone (microcomputer with its own supply voltage stabilizers), which is particularly easy due to the integration of the IAP programmer on the circuit board.
In addition to the microcontroller, on the PCB there are two LDO stabilizers (1.8 V and 3.3 V), which ensure correct conditions for powering this system. All microcontroller I / O lines were led to SIP20 connectors, which were arranged in such a way as to form a DIP40 socket. Apart from the I / O line of the microcontroller, the signals of the microcontroller in the system (IAP) are connected to the pins of the stand after connecting the PC computer directly to the RS232 port.
The dipARM_2106P modules are equipped with the LPC2106 microcontroller, which can be clocked at up to 60 MHz (thanks to the built-in PLL loop). The architecture of microcontrollers manufactured by Philips and their internal equipment (especially the large memory capacity of SRAM) is an excellent platform for programmers using high-level languages, primarily C.
