The optical barrier is easily replaced by a passive motion sensor, but there are areas of application where a relatively small range of sensors is a big problem. The proposed barrier solution provides a range of several dozen meters. The system is easy to install and easy to start up. As a transmitter, a ready-made laser module is used, the photoresistor is a photosensitive element in the receiver.

The device is particularly recommended in alarm systems, wherever a range of several dozen meters is required
