The presented CLIP minimodule can be treated by its constructors as a hybrid integrated circuit. It allows reading the caller's number by any electronic system. Communication between the minimodule and the system in which it is built takes place via a simple interface having the character of a bus (bus).
The caller's data, its number together with the current date and time are sent between the first and second ringing signal. They were encoded using FSK modulation. The entire CLIP package consists of three consecutive SMMR, MARK and MESSAGE blocks.

The device is especially recommended in systems using the identification of the caller's number
