In the constructor-electronics practice, activities related to the commissioning, testing and diagnostics of digital systems play a key role. For more difficult systems a high-quality oscilloscope is required, a simple multimeter and logic probe are enough for the simpler and most servicing work.
We present a device called PROLOG for testing digital circuits. This probe enables instant diagnostics of measuring points for the occurrence of logic states (high and low) as well as forbidden states, high impedance and short pulse detection.

The device is particularly recommended in the constructor-electronics studio

Selected parameters:

• detection of low and high TTL states in the TTL and LVTTL standard
• detection of falling and growing slope
• detection of high impedance and forbidden status
• status reading - LED diodes
• high input impedance (> 100kom)
• protection against reverse polarity of the supply voltage
• input voltage range +/- 50V
• power supply - 3-15Vdc (from the USB socket)
