Amplifier on discrete elements, or an alternative to the "cube" TDA7294. The popular power transistors N-MOSFET type IRF540 were used in the power stage. Their parameters make it possible to obtain an output power of 100 W RMS with +/- 50 V power supply at a load of 4 ohms. The system enables the use of IRF640, IRFP240 or IRFP250 transistors in the power amplifier. You can then increase the supply voltage and get a correspondingly higher power (up to 200 W). The amplifier is equipped with protection systems against short-circuiting the output and a silent switching on and off system.
The device is especially recommended for audio device constructors
