The regulated power supply is the basic equipment of any construction workshop, either amateur or professional. While simple power supplies can be made by themselves, professional devices of this type are relatively expensive. Therefore, it seems reasonable to make a power supply with high technical and utility parameters.
The presented device is equipped with digital control of all functions and parameters. Settings are entered from the 12-button keypad. Thanks to the use of the microcontroller, additional functions are also available, unparalleled in this type of analog constructions, eg programming the temperature of switching on the fans and thermal protection.
The device is particularly recommended in electronic laboratories; construction, services, etc.
Selected parameters:
- output voltage range 0 - 25V (with 100mV step)
- output current adjustment range 10mA - 5A (with 10mA step)
- measurement of current consumed by the supplied system
- temperature measurement of the heat sink and thermal protection
- thermostat controlling the operation of fans
- programmable temperature for switching on the fans and thermal protection in the range of 0 ... 100 ° C
- signaling of shorting of output terminals, disconnection of voltage from the supplied system
- memory of the last voltage and current limit settings
- entering settings from the 12-button keypad
- 2x16 LCD alphanumeric display
- tiles with dimensions: 184x61 mm, 104x136 mm
- power supply - 230Vac
