The device is particularly useful for service work on the repair of television sets, video recorders, DVD players and audio equipment. It will also be useful to all fans of experiments with remote control in the two most popular coding standards. This is possible because the presented transmitter cooperates with the computer through the RS232 serial port. Thanks to such a solution, the transmitter has small dimensions, and it allows sending any command using a computer keyboard or appropriate software. Thanks to this, it is possible to control devices located in other rooms, because the communication between the computer and the transmitter takes place via the RS232 interface, which allows the transmitter to be separated from the computer by up to several meters.
The set includes a printed circuit board, program layout and documentation.
