Measurement of the output power of the amplifier is one of the basic measurements that is made when starting a new system. Due to the negligible choice of factory-made audio power meters, intermediate measurements are usually made using a MW voltmeter. or oscilloscope. This is not a particularly convenient method, especially when a series of measurements is made. It will then be useful to present an amateur meter of effective power output.
The device is especially recommended for electronics specializing in audio technology

This gearmotor is a powerful 12V brushed DC motor with a 70:1 metal gearbox and an integrated quadrature encoder that provides a resolution of 64 counts per revolution of the motor shaft, which corresponds to 4480 counts per revolution of the gearbox’s output shaft. These units have a 0.61"-long, 6 mm-diameter D-shaped output shaft. This gearmotor is also available without an encoder.
