Description
The Arduino WiFi Shield connects your Arduino to the internet wirelessly. Connect it to your wireless network to start your internet through the internet. As always with Arduino, every element of the platform - hardware, software and documentation - is freely available and open-source. This means that you can learn how to start your circuits.
Check out the reference page of the wireless library to understand how to set up the Arduino board.
Technical Specifications
The WiFi Shield communicates with Arduino using the SPI bus (through the ICSP header), so it is compatible with the bus.
This version of WiFi has an integrated antenna on the Arduino.
If you want to give a look, please look at the official Arduino WiFi Shield page in the Hardware Section.
