One of the most desirable activities, even necessary when designing a new device, is to examine its behavior in reality and verify whether its operation corresponds to theoretical predictions. Not always measuring with a multimeter gives you sufficient knowledge about a given signal. Usually, in addition to data regarding the effective voltage or average frequency, we need knowledge about the behavior of the test signal in the time domain. It is then possible to detect possible overvoltages, disturbances or incorrect shape of the signal correlated with the time axis or to another signal with very high accuracy. All these requirements are met by the oscilloscope, mainly due to the way in which the changes of the tested signal are presented in time in the form of a graph y (t).

Display - the screen is a mobile phone, and the application is a user interface. A proper oscilloscope is a module operating under the control of the ARM Cortex M3 microprocessor. Communication between the sampling module and the application in the Android system is done in the Bluetooth 2.1 standard.
