If you want to learn programming microcontrollers, you do not need to know any programming languages. Many available programs allow programming of microcontrollers by drawing a program's operation. This programming method without language knowledge is enabled by the PSoC Express software for Cypress PSoC microcontrollers.
Recommendations: the set will improve the work of many electronics using PSoC, as well as allow for painless experiments for someone who wants to start learning programming microcontrollers.
