Tamiya Connector Pack, Male

This style of high-current connector is is used with the 7.2V sub-C battery packs that power many RC cars. The connector is keyed so it can not be reversed, and the latch secures. You can use a crimping tool to attach your 14- to 20-AWG wires. This pack contains enough housings and crimp pins (including two spare pins) for 3 male connectors .

This style of high-current charger is used with 7.2V battery packs that power many RC cars. The connector, sometimes called Tamiya or Kyosho, is keyed so that power can not be reversed. A latch secures the connection so that it will not disconnect.

This pack contains enough housings and crimp pins (Including two spare pins) for three male connectors (we also offer a pack for the female version). The crimp pins are designed for 14- to 20-AWG wires, and we sell a crimping tool that works well with them. As an alternative, we sell a pre-crimped version of this connector with 10 cm leads.

Note: these Tamiya connectors are sometimes referred to as "female" in the RC hobby industry.
